Data controller

Haksa Tekstil (the “Company”) processes your personal data as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), within the scope described below.

Data processed and purposes

The name, surname, email, phone, company and message content you share through the contact and job application forms on our website are processed to evaluate your request, contact you, carry out quote and sample processes and manage recruitment.

Transfers

Your personal data may be shared with authorised public bodies under our legal obligations and with the IT infrastructure providers we use, strictly for the stated purposes. Data submitted through the website forms passes through the Web3Forms (web3forms.com) form service in order to be delivered to us by email. Your data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for no more than 2 years after the request is closed; job applications for no more than 1 year from the application date. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if so, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction, and to object to processing.
