Production Process

A traceable production process.

Textile waste generated in fabric manufacturing is converted back into raw material through a controlled and documented process.

Collection and sorting

Textile waste generated during fabric manufacturing is collected and sorted by colour and fibre type.

Tearing

Sorted waste is processed in cotton tearing machines and opened into fibre.

Carding

Carding is repeated several times so the fibres are cleaned and blended evenly.

Blending

Fibres are blended with viscose, nylon or Repreve® according to customer demand and technical specification.

Spinning and twisting

Yarn spun on Open End machines is plied and twisted up to 10-ply as required.

Knitting

In our integrated knitting mill the yarn becomes eco-friendly fabric with no dyeing step.
