1 – Collection of textile wastes
Cotton fibers can be recycled from the wastes that comes out during the process of fabric manufacturing.
2 – Re-cycling process of collected Textile wastes to cotton fibers
During the recycling process, the wastes which are collected and separated becomes ready for cotton tearing machines which grinds them into the tiny pieces. The carding process are carried out several more times for well cleaning and mixing of the recycled cotton fibers. The recycled fibers are ready for spinning after the latest processes.
3 – Yarn Production from 100% recycled Fibers
The recycled raw materials are blended according to the specifications determined to the demands of our customers.
Yarns produced in Haksa Factory using a blend of recycled cotton fibres and repreve ( produced from the recycling of over 50,000 waste plastic bottles collected from coastlines) are completely eco friendly and sustainable.

4 – Fabric Production from 100% recycled Yarns
In Haksa’s knitting factory, which is its integrated facility and completed in 2013, Haksa uses its own recycled yarns to produce eco friendly fabrics in various colors and weights.
5 – Reuse of Ecofriendly Fabrics
Haksa contributes positively to the protection of nature by producing eco friendly fabrics from recycling of textile waste. It also supports the economy by using textile wastes in its production process in stead of limited sources.
6 – Global Recycle Standart Certificate (GRS )
The GRS is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of re cycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. The GRS certificate that Haksa has since 2013 has been confirmed that its products which are obtained from recycled from textile wastes are proper in international recycling standards.
7 – U Trust®Certificate program
The U Trust® verification program is a comprehensive certification program designed to provide customers using REPREVE ® with the highest level of transparency. Each and every fabric contains FiberPrint ®, a proprietary tracer technology used to analyze and validate REPREVE fiber content claims and composition.
8 – Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®
The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®i is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished textile products at all processing levels, as well as accessory materials used..
